Missing zen store costumes

I've purchased the 23c Vulcan Ambassador costume and the 23c Tellarite Uniform; both are supposed to be account-wide unlocks. However, neither costume is available on any of my characters now, regardless of faction, including the ones who purchased them. Those characters were:

Novok@Captain_Thiraas - Vulcan Ambassador
George@Captain_Thiraas - Tellarite Uniform

Both are TOS characters.

Bug noted here, on the support page, and in-game. The support response was "file and in-game bug report" (done). It would seem the response is "f-u, we have your 1100 zen, now."
