STO Crashing during loading the game up

Hey fellow players I've been having difficulty playing the game ever since that big graphic update back last year. After that was put out my game has refused to work properly. Once the game comes to the character selection screen and I pick my character the game tries to load. But during the load process the game crashes. I've put a few tickets when it promps me to but nothing seems to work. I even just recently uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to no evail.
