Don't have all Ferasan face patterns

I recently bought a whole crew of Ferasan's on sale. I also bought the Ferasan player character. There is a glitch were 8 face patterns don't show up as options on my Ferasan. But do show up on my Caitian? I got the Caitian from a free event a while back. Please help! Thank you.
