S13 - Post update actual state of the gameplay experience

After the balance, which was a welcomed idea, we're confronting some serious issues and we need some dev fixing.
1. The game is clogged or dead. Queues have increased timers. The new content is not attractive. And we have fewer players to play with. The community is slowly dying and so will the purchases. Nobody will buy things he can't experience with.
2. The performance optimization still suffers. The QA is asleep.
3. The parses of normal players (non pay to win, non grinders or so on) have plummeted. Up to just 30% of what they were. On toons which didn't use sci powers or embassy consoles.
4. The NPCs strike way harder than they did.
5. Conveniently, my internet connection was severed when I wrote a more articulated post on this matter, therefore you'll just have to extrapolate from this before the community dies and everyone returns to McDonalds, with this franchise abandoned and burried with a miserable season 14 where you can't even find players to queue with on ISA or CCA.
