dose pc players get a free retrain token at level 60 ?

    Nope, unless you're Gold/Subscribed. However, you might have a Free Retrain Token if the character was around before the Skill Revamp with S13. It will also give you one in effect if it thinks your Skills are Invalid, which I've heard is happening to some people with this last update.
