Are we now living in the dark ages where events no longer have transwarps and we have to travel manually everywhere?

Where is the Risa event transwarp? Is this a bug? Should I be reporting it as one?

Nope, it's not.

But I just checked with my other characters and it is a Temporal Recruit thing. Again. <sigh>
