Can't login to my other account

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
I'm trying to log into an account but my e-mail that was linked to it is no longer active. And it is asking me for a one-time code to sign in but I can't get it due to the e-mail not active anymore for that account. What do I have to do to be able to log into that account?
