Issues with the Valiant Class texture

I've noticed since around the start of S13 a problem with the Valiant model in the screenshot below:

The bridge dome has the texture replaced with the 3 lights (the white light flashes on and off) and it appears to do it with the type 5, 6, 7 and upgrade hull types. The sister ship classes like the Defiant and Saó Paulo don't seem to be affected by it, but I've noticed some of the running lights on the Vengeance class do the same thing when you switch the hull textures to the ones above. It's an odd one, as I've checked various other vessels and all of them seem to be completely normal so far.
