Probability Manipulation Nerf

Before the nerf Probability Manipulation was useful and offered an alternative to going the Tactical Ultimate route. Now with the 15 second limit on it, and no way to extend it to 30 seconds, it's largely useless and I can't see any reason for anyone to ever want to spend the points to spec into it. It seems like the devs are trying to steer everyone to the Tactical Ultimate, which in my opinion is just silly and counter to build diversity. Please consider re-adding the ability to extend Probability Manipulation to 30 seconds. It's not worth using in it's current form.
