Stream Lined Console Tray

The console ability tray needs to improved by allowing the user to slot which power they desire on each button. It should treat each wheel as a tray on pc. That would avoid the mess of having a ship with one lt. boff only have 2 powers on square. Then having their L1 or L2 having 9 to 12 powers on each. It would help if you could put brace for impact of your sci wheel so that you can hit all your heals and res buff at once, for example. Also, that would keep a uniform set for for all other characters. Sometimes evasive maneuvers is on the top left on one toon and bottom right on the other. Hope this reaches a DEV!!! Thanks - JayBo
