How do open the the temporal transponder on console. My friend is playing it on Xbox1 and cannot open it

      You can't, its not fully added to the game yet. It is still tracking everything and we should be awarded all relevant to us rewards when its finally added.
      No idea when that will be, hopefully in a patch this week before the breech event goes live

      According to today's patch notes it will be fixed in tomorrow's patch.
