Fleet Starbase Officer of the Watch Dailies Bugged

I did a search for "Officer of the Watch" and saw a lot of old posts about the Embassy escort which i've never had a problem with.

Ever since i started playing this game the Fleet Starbase Officer of the Watch escort to starbase daily has never worked for me. The Dignitary shows up, flies around a bit and then just stops at the transwarp hub.

Also, i've done the cadet inspection daily before where all the cadets had a different thing to be corrected but for a while now they are all the same so that i don't have to inspect any cadet beyond the first and just give them all the same correction.

Some non accurate/unsure comments from past experience. I may not remember all details accurately.

The Starbase dignitary is possible but may be tough, especially on some slow turning ships. Once failed totally, you can't make the quest for that day at all, though some time it wasn't fully failing yet and you can get closer/back, possibly match your pace and direction, and "encourage" the dignitary to follow, I think. A similar phenomenon appears on the equivalent Embassy quest.

The cadet quest on Fed side seemed bugged, last time I tried, in a way which all cadets required the same change, but it was doable.
Later I tried the KDF cadet quest, and at that time, it was totally non doable at all, if I recall correctly (I don't remember why, maybe I couldn't change the correction to the right one)

Either way, while not remembering the details, it may be problematic.

Yeah, the starbase escort the dignitary ship doesn't even move after it warps in and stops after some positioning. Or i think a while ago it'd move around the transwarp area slowly but wouldn't follow me or anything. The embassy dignitary i just follow to the planet and thought this would be the same.

The cadets is doable Fed side for me but they all require the same correction and IDK if it was bugged after a patch or not.
