Transition Crashes since 3-9/10 Patch

After almost 3 years in-game, I have rarely experienced CTD's, or crashes of any kind. Came on tonite (3-10 after patch), and now I crash out after a map transition...it hangs up, and after a minute or so, claims "Gameclient.exe is not responding - Close or wait" I close, come back in, and I'm where I was going. This happens on all my toons.

Also, when I first load a toon, the graphics on my ship, other ships and even on characters on the ground, look like cartoon renderings. Like lowest possible graphic settings. After I come back in, after a transition crash, everything is back to very high detail.

Dunno what is going on, but something is wrong....PLZ look into it, Cryptic...
The Game itself is nothing. The playing of it...? Everything !!

    I can't even get past the loading screen after hitting engage. It just freezes.

    It has been happening to me for a couple of months now. The solution is to play in DirectX 9 Mode. That is not available any longer. So as far as I know, there is no fix for it now.

    The weird graphics can some times be caused by a render scale issue. Try typing "/renderscale 1" minus the quotation marks in to the chat and see if that fixes it.

    I've been having lockup issues on loading screens after finishing "the breach"...click leave map, and then get stuck on a loading screen forever, just started recently...so please "un-fix" whatever you "fixed"... I have more than enough horespower to run this, so no idea what the issue is.

    specs: i7-3740QM, 32GB ram, gtx 680m, game installed on dual ssd's in RAID 0. win 10 pro x64
