TOS Holographic BO's Not Appearing on Interiors.

I recently acquired the TOS Holographic Bridge Officer Pack. The convention promo.
It's a gift and feel silly complaining. I unlocked all six into BO's slots on one Captain. They appear in my Character UI as expected and I can examine them. However, if I slot any combination to use any six of them on one Captain's crew, none appear with my Captain on my Bridge Interior of choice. No matter which bridge I choose. It's a real buzzkill when I select the Constitution 2267 bridge interior. With generic 2409 bridge officers at all the stations.
I can't imagine this was on purpose. Might this be looked into?
PS. They also don't appear with my Captain at Character Select.
