Completing missions is impossible - Prisoners stuck in overflow, overflow = no mission completion

Prisoners in the overflow bag cannot be removed, even if there is space in the brig for them.

Because of the current bug where having *any items* in the overflow bag makes it impossible to complete missions, this means that I cannot complete ANY missions.

    It's a common bug, happend to me couple of times and still does. Just dismiss the one's in your roster or if you are in a fleet, look for a fleet project that need prisoners. That will also remove those prisoners that you have in the overflow bag. Then you can complete the missions with prisoners.
