Future ship class names

I'm wondering if future starfleet ship classes can be named for WW1 figures or ships, like an escort named for Imperial German general Von Lettow, probably the only successful General of the conflict, or Hans Rose, U-Boat Commander who likely saved more enemy sailors than killed.

There's also the RMS Carmania, so as not to be too pro-German, which maybe the only ship in history to attack "itself", actually SMS Cap Trafalgar in the worst disguise choice in history.

The Warspite Class would be a perfect name for a Federation dreadnought

"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

Yorktown-class is the T6 Science Star Cruiser. Lexington or Saratoga would be good alternates instead.

I'd really like to see a Borlaug class science ship, named for Norman Borlaug, who arguably saved more lives in human history than anyone else (some say a billion) through his efforts in agricultural science

      That is an excellent idea!

One other class name is one for science ships, the al-Jazari class, for the 12th century middle-eastern Polymath.

Well, Newton did, and so did Leibniz, so there's another candidate.

Human scientists are certainly a good starting point (and we already have the Oberth), but how about some groundbreaking Andorian from centuries ago? Ashevev Ch'vhiathrerh's contributions to gravitational mechanics shouldn't be forgotten. Also, since we have Earth rivers, why not use peaks from Vulkan?
