"Paleontologist" perk

Hello,
From the Dec 1 patch notes: Solanae Dyson Sphere: Resolved an issue with the "Paleontologist" perk in the Solanae Dyson Sphere that was preventing it from being rewarded.

Can we get any info on this one? Ground? Space? Do we have to redo something?

    I'd go to the accolade list post to ask. Nobody seems to know what it does or how it's gotten.

    IIRC it's either the lore perk for finding all the lore object in the ground BZ, or the perk for killing all 3 rexes.

    It's not for killing the 3, just tried that. Also did all consoles, crates, side quests i could find. Nothing yet.

    Well, I just attempted to look it up on several characters... didn't see it, but I had that stupid issue with the accolade list moving around so it's hard to be sure...

    Of course the bug might be that no one was able to start working on the accolade and in that case I may not have it for that reason.

    I cant find any mention of the Paleontologist perk on the Dyson Sphere wiki page or the list of known accolades and apart from links to the patch notes I get no other results from google either.
    this is a complete mystery that only maybe a dev can solve for us so please Ambassador Kael or any Dev that might be looking enlighten us on this issue.

    on a side note searching for just "star trek online perk" also highlighted the Borg disconnected perk which nobody seems to know about either so if you find out what this is it might shed light on the Paleontologist perk also.

    of course the only other sto perks are related to subscription benefits which when related to gameplay give Skill Point Boost which I would consider a perk rather then a gift reward so it could be these things give gameplay oriented benefits like an edge in combat or maybe bonus marks or somesuch while in the sphere.

    I just found a youtube video from Brent Justice that explains that in borg disconnected when you kill the first dreadnaught and kill the other two within 30 seconds you get an extra perk that gives you more points and marks so this could be a good clue.

    I don't have any information on the "Paleont(h)ologist" accolade either but let me direct you to two excellent sources on STO accolades in general.

    First we have the dedicated accolade thread in this very forum:

    Yes, Fluffy helped me a lot with accolades too.
    Sadly no info on "Paleont(h)ologist" in the list.
