Vulcan D'Kyr T5U

I unlocked the T5u on my D'Kyr with my main toon but left the ship as I was busy leveling up my tier 6's anyway I finally decided to level her up as it was the only upgradable ship still needing levelled. I decided to use a Reman build on the vessel. What I quickly noticed is the ship seems very buggy the Tal'Kir part doesn't work at all. The ship looks great with a Reman skin very glossy but I don't think I'll ever use it again though which is a shame as I'm currently levelling a vulcan science officer and was planning on using it with her.

    The non-hangar pets of various ships, like the Tal'Kir and the saucer of the Galaxy are currently broken. They're investigating to fix that.

    What do you mean by buggy?, there is a bug with all separation pets, it could be releated..

    Not sure what you're talking about, either. In those instances where you're not change areas often it works fine. If you remember to recall it before transitioning it will keep working but forget and it's lost to the aether for the rest of that instance. Though it's substantially more useful than a saucer. All to often I see dead saucers just sitting there while my Tal'Kyr will fly back to it's ring if it's destroyed allowing me to launch it again after a minute.

    I love my D'Kyr and would only really trade it... for another vulcan ship.

    I think a majority of pets in the game are broken in some way or another, have been for awhile. Especially the hangar pets. I have noticed that none of my pets, including fighters and frigates do not have the full impulse capability and quickly get left behind when I move my ship. They will often despawn when they get to far behind me and are never there when I engage in combat.

    you can't undock the pet ( the support craft ) at all. That's what OP is taking about . The hangar pets have never used full impulse ( to my knowledge ) so that isn't a "bug " as such . What ís a bug is that recall for hangar pets doesn't work as it should ( never mind the infamous warp core breach wipe out of the entire two hangars which happens quite occasionally but also isn't a "bug ") .I sure wish Cryptic would address this stuff , some of which has been around for years .Especially considering there's a LOT of carriers and hybrid ships ( with just the one hangar) in the game these days ...
