Can't Access Any Mail Terminal After Using Datachip

Hello. I am getting The Path to 2409 datachips from the mail and when i use one, i am not getting the button to access mail again. I've even gone to other mail terminals and can't access them either. This rectifies when i log off of my character and back on but i shouldn't have to just to access mail.
