Winter DOFF missions Not Populating

Has any one else noticed an issue where the Winter DOFF missions do not populate in the DOFF mission list? The four Fed Toons I play are lucky to get one winter DOFF mission a day and that has to be obtained while at ESD. When I move to the winter wonderland map, no missions are available. However, my two Klingon toons have access to the few of the Winter DOFF mission. Same issue for my Romulan toon as for the Feds; no missions.

I want to report this as a bug but haven't seen any other posts about it. Changing instances does not help the issue. The Winter DOFF missions simply are not populating on the Winter Wonderland map for any of my Romulan or Fed toons. Is any one else experiencing this issue?

Just keep checking throughout the day. Missions pop up at various times and in varying numbers. Some times/days I have more DOFF missions per toon on the FED side than KDF side. The next day it could be reversed.

Also, I think some of the missions that show on ESD/First City are also available on the Winter Wonderland map, but if you start them on ESD/First City, then they won't show in Winter Wonderland, because you've already started them.

Happy Holidays! And don't forget that the Academy (Earth and Qo'nos) also has Holiday DOFF missions.

I can confirm that they are available, generally on the 'Current Map' tab at ESD, Starfleet Acadamy and QWW. I'm not sure about other location for KDF as I only use my main for this.

Well, they're Doffs. When they fail, they fail hard!

I see at least 2 a day at Earth Spacedock, but since shortly after the removal of the sector boundaries there has been the hack in place where it takes a few seconds to refresh the missions list after you choose one mission. If you scrolled down to the first and picked it, you might think it is the only one because of the list not being refreshed yet.

Also, the only mission locations I've seen are: KDF / Fed academy, First City / ESD, Q's Wonderland. Someone posted thinking they also appeared in Sol System but I have not seen that in at least the last 3 Winters.
