[PS4] Active Buffs not on UI by design?

So just started playing Sto on the Ps4 am i missing something but the active buffs don't seem to show anywhere and it's driving me mad lol is this a bug?

    You must have missed the sticky that said this isn't Bug Reports. Is it a bug, I think so. It's impossible to tell if you have something going like R&D experience boost or Reputation Marks boost. Sadly, been like this since Day 1.

    Nope and this isn't a bug report its a general question open to the community I was trying and failing to be funny by saying is this a bug or is it by design... Apart from some small niggles like the buffs not showing on the UI and no way to set power levels manually, so far Im enjoying the experience on the console version.

    If the lifetime sub was the same as the PC version I would of brought that but the console version is not as good value.
