Q needs a boost on Earth Space Dock

Q's sitting in his chair a bit more literally than usual this year. Can you move him to his appropriate location above it?

He did this sometimes last year too... but 3/4 of the time sat properly. Now he is doing it all the time. You'd think it not be hard to fix.

My bigger issue is I notice game hangs changing maps 20% of the time since last Thursday patch.
