Okay, have posted this in the screenshot thread, but it's even more appropriate in this one so:

    ^^ Looks very artsy! :)

N.B. Is that the 'belly' of your Nebula? (Can't tell for sure, as I don't have one, but it looks like one)

It is indeed. Will have to take a few more screenshots when I can - the remodel is superb.

Really am enjoying the ship too. Still miss my Nova class, but the Nebula is just too good to mothball, even for the Nova.
Welcome to the Dark Side. :D

The T6 nebula console has a nice combo if one has invested in drain expertise. :pensive:

Reverse TBR, photonic shockwave (with delphich shockwave trait) and the new console is a world of hurt for whatever is caught in it.

I run a BFAW build with Reverse TBR, it is just plain fun, used the same build on my T5U Nebula, and Jupiter until the Sutherland came out. Inverted TBR, GW, BFAW, and enough invested in pilot to not take damage from Warp Core Breaches, and have a good old time at point blank range.
Thanks for the Advanced Light Cruiser, Allied Escort Bundles, Jem-Hadar Light Battlecruiser, and Mek'leth

Might sound weird but I think it would be nice if they had pack specific parts you would get access to, which you could than use on your ships in the pack if you buy a multi-faction pack. These could be new parts that use/mix design elements of each faction, which could also give more parts for customizing on non-fed toons, while also giving more incentive for people to buy the packs as well.

Having the Delphic Shockwave Trait now, I was a little disappointed to learn Photonic Shockwave only has a 3km radius around your ship (can you tell I'm not a Science Captain?). Maybe it wasn't really meant for Escorts. :P

3km is plenty of range if you charge in like a berserker :).

Why almost all Federation ships have American names?

Btw i have Laeosa, she has bad turn rate to good sci ship with torps and that console - Tachyon Particle Field Emitter - she is a visual insanity and its always leads to lag.

a little sluggish but a good RCS console takes the worst out of that

It is surprisingly nimble for a stubby little guy. Turns on a dime.

Yeah, an american show would of course focus on american characters. Like art from other countries is any different. It should be pointed out that historically areas of the planet that are successful at some point tend to stay that way so it isn't a stretch to imagine the United States remaining a powerful political force in whatever global government overseas Earth in the future. Much like certain states like New York, Texas, California and Florida play an oversized role in federal politics, economics and culture. Even so, english names don't neccesarily equate to american names. After all we co-opted Enterprise from the english. English serves a role of Lingua Franca on Earth today so how much more would it in the future when we would have to deal with hundreds of alien cultures and their languages? It's simply logical to use just one. For official business anyway.

That being said there were ships with non-english and even non-human names. U.S.S. Sau Paula comes to mind.

But this is all rather off-topic.

USA has currently only 20% world GDP ( and probably it falls in future after industrialize more third world and US oil resources will depleted ) and other countries can produce spaceships way more cheaper. There is no reason to name spaceships after american generals.
