The kobali missions being added in the episodes section is great as you can start them from anywhere, but the way they are entered is a pain. They are mixed up in the delta chain.
Wasteland has it's own entry, new romulus which is a recent addition has it's own entry.
But kobali is in the delta arc mixed in among other delta missions, not even put in one after the other, you get some of the episodes in the chain, then a delta patrol or delta standalone, then more kobali. This kinda breaks continuity in the delta arc as it is back and forth in the list.
As other ground arcs have their own entry i request that kobali has it's own too, both to fix the continuity in the delta arc and so that replays are easier found.

Just dump them one after the other in the mission journal ... boom ... problem solved. I#ll take my space cash now.

Select 'Our Chance for Peace' from the Delta Mission Arc as a replay when at Level 60. It lists 700 some odd XP and 700 some odd Expertise as the Reward. What you actually get is ONE XP, period.

Separating the Kobali "arc" from the Delta arc would actively break continuity much more (though, if you want to be technical, it would simply break continuity since with the two intertwined, the continuity is respected) for several reasons:
-the Vaadwaur are introduced in the Delta arc
-the Kobali are introduced in the Kobali arc
-Gaul introduces himself in the Delta arc and the reason he doesn't try to kill you on the spot is because he knows you know about the Kobali's dark secret
-said Kobali dark secret is only revealed in the Kobali arc
-Dust to Dust is mostly about the Kobali arc yet deals with events that happened in the Delta arc (that the Vaadwaur are involved, and that you're part of a Delta Alliance (when you talk to the Hirogen at the end)) and is also the resolution of the Kobali problem with the Vaadwaur (even if they keep fighting)
So here's my question:
How do you suggest you separate the two arcs without actively breaking continuity?
The only second best option, other than the one we have right now, would be to create 2 Delta arcs with the Kobali arc between them but then, that'd be making 2 arcs about the exact same thing.
