I.E. You'd have to really be looking to spot the differences. We're not talking the same leap the design made between TOS and TMP here. It is literally down to a matter of measures. The Kelvin Constitution is already T6 (on console at least) so no point revisiting it just yet because of a few measures.
Are you people blind? It's massively different from the 09/ID versions.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'...I can tell you that we're not in the military and that we intend no harm to the whales.' Kirk: The Voyage Home
'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness
'...The Federation. Starfleet. We're not a military agency.' Scotty: Beyond
'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor
'...Starfleet could use you... It's a peacekeeping and humanitarian armada...' Admiral Pike: Star Trek
Sweet. I'd love to have this available as a skin option for my Kelvin Connie. I call it the '63 refit. The '60 refit (as shown at the end of Into Darkness and the beginning of Beyond) would be nice too, as it had the swept-back wing pylons which would be a nice option to have as well.
Tearing down the differences the deflector array is a bit further back (it's not so much the neck, though...), the neck is slimmer, the pylons are longer while the nacelles don't have the cowlings leaving them in roughly the same position. There are differences but they aren't so huge as, again, the leap from TOS to TMP.
It is the first Kelvin ship design I actively dislike - but I welcome other people who want it getting it. I expect it'll be a "heavy exploration cruiser" in a Kelvin II box to distinguish it from the heavy command cruiser. Little more science focus on its seating/consoles.

There's not that many to even compare it with. There's the KonsTitution and it's minor refit from ID/BEY, the Dreadnought, or the barely visible USS Salcombe.

Well there are the ships from ST09 that were lost at Vulcan.
Well they all predate the Kelvin Timeline, they're just sister ships of the Kelvin itself so their aesthetic isn't a KT aesthetic.

There's more if you don't think Federation ships are the only thing to appear in the new movies .
CGI was Standard since Insurrection. The battle of 001 in First Contact also was mostly CGI, only few actual models were involved. This is also the explanation for how the Norway-class model 'vanished' after First Contact - it just got deleted without backups

The Klingon Warbird and D4? Going by the D4s low name it predates the split as well. The Warbird is quite old as well if it's the same class of Warbird mentioned in ENT.

Actually they're already working on the next movie. Chris Hemsworth is reprising his role as Kirk Sr. though it's not clear what, exactly, he'll be reprising it as. My money is in home movie flashbacks.

In fact the only time they used the Enterprise E model in First Contact was for the long, sweeping flyby shots. And most of Voyager was CGI as well. And all of Enterprise.

And then, Kelvin Timeline second Temporal Cold War with Georges as a Temporal agent time-transported just before his body smashed into the viewscreen.
Still looks like it was heated with a blow torch then pulled a hig gee turn that bent everything. Fracking ugly but it is better looking then the JJ bloatmobile. At least its not wearing blow driers as warp nacelles. And until the T-6 REAL Constitution is made a C-store or Lobi item NO MORE JJ/KT TRIBBLE!

They also used the studio-model for the space-walk-scene.
The entire thing about the studio-model was such a waste though. The only reason they destroyed the Enterprise D in Generations was because the studio-model was too difficult and impractical to work with. ILM had more say in the work on the Enterprise-E and designed it shooting-friendly, with more mounting-points and better weight-distribution, and after the first movie it was completely replaced by CGI (which looked terrible in Insurrection). They could basically have just kept the big D if you think about it

My latinum says there won't be one...
