The Samba and Advanced Samba dance Emotes come from the Risian Summer Event.
The Fan Dance dance emote can be acquired at the bar on Nimbus III
The Ferengi Dance dance emote is a reward for completing one of the mission in the Iconian War arc (can't remember the name at the moment...)
The It's a Fake! emote is received by Romulan captains only for completing the story arc with Charva (forget the name, "Allies", I think...)
Other than that, I don't know. Most of the older emotes that used to be sold in C-Store, though, are now unavailable, I believe.
"If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q, TNG: "Q-Who?"
^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
There used to be the Emote Packs in the C-Store which included the Frustrated, Shoo, Pick Me, Jester Dance, Air Guitar, and Formal Bow emotes and the Bloodwine and Khan emotes, but they were removed from the C-Store for some strange reason when the game went Freemium.
The Bloodwine and Khan emotes were originally part of the Digital Deluxe Edition that was available before the game launched. So it might be possible to buy the code off of Ebay for the Digital Deluxe Edition to get the game, but there is always the risk of the code already being used.

FYI, Freemium would imply that while the game is free of charge, you have to pay money if you want progress past a certain point. A good example of this would actually be SWTOR's f2p model. They allow you to play up to level 50, but if you want the rest of the story and levels & have features unlocked that you're otherwise limited on, you have to open up your wallet to progress.
The only thing that would probably imply freemium in STO would probably be the EC cap raise, since without that, players can't buy items over 10 million. However, everything that can be gotten in STO can be gotten with time if people want to grind dilithium for it. The same can't really be said for SWTOR since you get a limted amount of cartel coins from grinding. Plus, free players aren't limited with the story content.

Freemium in STO is the subscription model and LTS model. There is no way to get the Liberated Borg Captains, Chimera ship, Android Bridge Officer, access to the Captain's Table, automatically refining Dilithium ore, or any of the other LTS rewards or Veteran rewards without paying $. The console version of STO is F2P since the LTS pack is available by converting a ton of Dilithium to Zen.
