Don't buy the T6 Jem'hadar Heavy Escort Carrier from Private Channels or the Exchange right now, you will regret paying > 750 Million (there are two on the Exchange for 600 and 737 Million EC as well).
It would seem that Cryptic borked up the Lobi Store again when the Sphere Builder Lockbox/Lobi updates released. The HEC has gone missing. That is a BUG and it should be fixed, hopefully, this week. This is similar to what Cryptic did when they released the latest Infinity Lockbox, most of the Kelvin items in the Store went missing as well. A Patch fixed that.
When that T6 HEC first released, for a few days was selling around 150 Million EC or so like the T5 version. I guess it was soon realized that Lobi Store Ship pricing should be around 240 to 250 Million EC or so. Then it went up into the 400's when people realized it was missing from the Lobi Store. Then the Ferengi realized that they could jack the prices even further into the Trade Channels Zone (or close).
Be patient and when Cryptic corrects their error, the T6 HEC will flow again and settle back into the mid 200's.
But it is up to you. If you must have it now and can't wait a week or so and EC is burning a hole in your pocket, by all means spend that extra 500+ Million EC. Please don't come back here whining about it at a later date.

I would not discount the possibility that it might be intended in this case to not have it in the Lobi Store while the Infinity Lockbox isn't running. After all, the other ships aren't available either. But I doubt that a bit. (Since Lobi Store ships usually never go away.)
