[BUG] Romulan BOFF's Running at Slow Paced Jog

Since the Artifacts patch, now all of my Romulan BOFF's lag far behind my other BOFF's in ground combat, running at a slow jog instead of keeping up. I've tried switching them out, changing their gear, but I can't find a workaround. It's only my Romulan BOFF's so it must have something to do with their race or specific racial passives?

EDIT: This also is effecting Reman BOFF's. The only common denominator I can see is their racial traits, both have Subterfuge and Accute Senses but it's not clear how that could factor in with movement speed.

EDIT: This was happening on PC and is present both on Holodeck and on Tribble.

    It's not just romulan and remans, getting it with all kindsof BOFFs.
    I thought the patch notes said something about BOFF being able to keep up with players better now...
    Looks like they achieved the exact opposite.

    I noticed this last night as well, where one was significantly slower than the other... I figured she just didn't like running in heels :D

    Even at a sprint, not even using Jolt or Motion Accelerator, none of my boffs will keep pace with me, from Federation to Klingon to Romulan. Can someone give them some Red Bull?

    So far my Human, Andorian, Betazoid, Trill, Saurian, Voth and Jem'Hadar BOFF's run at a normal pace and are able to keep up with me. It's really puzzling.

    Also my Vulcan BOFF I just tested seems to be keeping up fine as well.

    Okay, so my Bolian BOFF is also running just fine and able to keep up with me. It's looking more and more like some forum of Romulan treachery.

    Noticed this myself the other day, on my AoY toon...the only Boff to keep up with me doing 'Kuvah'magh' was the human one, and maybe my Borg Engi, but all others lagged behind.

    Then they weren't named 'T'Met', since she actually even *stopped* running towards me at one point during the mission...had to run back to her, and damn near had to briber her with Plomeek soup and Vulcan Spiced Tea to get her to follow!
