Seem to be getting some crash issues

When I log on, every time I go to map, the game keeps crashing.

      Start the game in Safe Mode and reset your graphics settings.

      yes lot of us are getting it, its all over the bug reporting section. tickets have been sent since launch of Artifacts to no avail and its not even listed in the "known" issues. some people crash aka black screen of death(graphics driver failure), some people get stuck on loading screen and xp users cant even play.
