Bought dry dock slots, but they aren't showing

I bought additional Dry Dock slots for 400z, and they are not showing on the Dry Dock tab or Starship Selection. I logged out and back in, but that didn't work. Does it take time for the slots to be added? I currently have 10 dry dock slots.

In the past, I bought additional Active Ship Slots and got them right away.

    They should show up immediately.

The game update likely broke it. Content updated usually includes free game bugs as well. :)

Submit a ticket in game and include the name of the character that was affected by this bug. That's the only suggestion I can offer.

Current characters receive 6 Slots free. You have bought the pack at least once.

    ^^^

Players actually only begin with 5 drydock slot, not 6. The only way I can think of if you have 6 drydock slots is if you subscribed to the game which temporarily increased your drydock slots up to 10. Then you slotted in 6 ships to be drydocked and lastly decided to stop subbing which takes away those 5 additional drydock slots. I you remove any of those ship 6 ship out of drydock, then that 6th slot will disappear.

OP, how many drydock slots did you have before you purchased more? If you had 5, then you have already received the additional 5 that you purchased.

I did temporary subscribe, and it ended yesterday. I currently have 10 slots and they are filled. So buying the additional 5 slots is technically allowing me to keep what I have?

Yeah, 5 of your slots were on "loan" when you subbed. Since you did not continue your sub, you basically bought the 5 slots that were on loan to you because they are occupied with ships. Therefore, you currently have the correct number of drydock slot.

Be aware that when you subbed your EC cap was temporarily increased from 10m EC to 1 Billion EC. Since you stopped subbing your EC cap has dropped back down to 10 million. If you currently have 10+ million EC, then you cannot gain any more EC until you drop below 10m EC. So if you currently have 9m EC and you sell something on the Exchange for 5m EC, you will only actually receive 1m EC. The remaining 4m EC is gone forever. If you have not already purchased the EC Cap Remover, then I recommend that should be your next C-Store purchase.

Thanks for the info. I was never close to the EC cap, because I was finding ships I could buy to use for my Admirality (thus the slots), duty officers, and more goodies. I think I got up to 3 mil, but that didn't last long. I'll keep the purchase in mind. I didn't think it would be worth subscribing every month when I could be using that $15 at the C-Store and putting it to better use. Although I thought it would be cool to have a lifetime subscription, that price tag is just a heart attack. For $300, there's a whole bunch of stuff in the C-Store I could buy -- or I could just pay a few bills off. The amount of the monthly stipend seemed pretty weak for a lifetime member.

The LTS does go on sale for $200 twice per year. So far it has only happened once this year, so the second sale is going to happen sometime before the end of the year. Yeah, even $200 can get you a lot of things from the C-Store especially when you buy Zen during 15% Zen Bonus sales. But the 500 Zen stipend is for life... or at least until the game is shutdown. And don't forget about exclusives. Thinking about buying it myself.
