Did the new patch discontinue the Na'kuhl red alerts?

Did something take its place?

    I believe all of the Red Alerts are broken. I couldn't get into the Borg one, and I saw other people mention in chat that none of them were working.

    You may want to try and create a private instance in the meantime, perhaps that's still possible?
