Unlocked Temporal Agent Account Rewards missing after patch?

So after patch...., I fixed my graphics setting, reset my kit module prefrence then beamed to various maps and logged out to make sure everything was reset and syncing up. Everything working fine , except while visiting the Temporal contact in ESD, when i pulled up the account rewards there is no temporal recuit tab now?

Anyone else can verify this, thank you.
