NO Pet Tab?

Come on Devs...It has been asked before a number of times and why NOT listen to the playerbase?

I (like many others) have lots of pets and nowhere to put them around. There should be a tab similar to R&D tab. Even if you sell these on the C store I'm sure there will be a market for it.There is another dog pet being rolled with today's update yet still not pet tab? Then winter event is coming soon...ideally this is needed badly.

    Actually, Borticus responded to this issue in my last Pet Tab request. It has been discussed among the Developers, and it is being considered, but there are no immediate plans to add it. All we can do is keep hoping.

    Thanks but those are useless to me as well. We have been asking for a PET tab not charity. I'm also willing to PAY for this to be built. My pets are running wild and need a home B)

    12 slots is not enough. For the amount of Vanity Pets in the game, there really isn't enough Inventory or Bank space. I would be willing to have the Vanity Pets be carried by the BOFFs, for the mean time, just to alleviate the problem. In the end, the tab does need to be made. I would also state that a Kit Tab need also be in the works as more content and kits become available.

    Oh, I get it. They opted to do something that is useful to everyone, including those with pets, but it wasn't exactly what you asked for so here you are to complain about how bad you have it...how ruff it is....life must be so ruff...get it...ruff?

    No, I have been here since beta...just dont like to add TRIBBLE to the forums and only bring up issues when I feel strongly about.​​

    should just code it as a keyring/unlock page... for instance for cats... not sure how many types but you can buy it for lobi or from exchange... once clicked it is consumed and you get the unlock for that type of cat... if you already have it wont be used and you can put it on exchange again for resale. then if you want to summon go to the "ring or pet page" and click on it to summon. can do that for all non combat pets. for the shuttle pets that comes with a shuttle... make those bind on acquire... so if you cant click on em cause you already have... you will need to delete.

    Closest they could do is something like traits. Turn Pets into traits and then slot pets the same way we do active ground/space traits. This would remove them from the inventory entirely and I think it would be better than adding a "pet" tab.

    It has been asked before many times...whats wrong with wanting to PAY for extra PET tab? I think you might have your vocabulary messed up.

    BTW, those new 12 slots they gave out were only good for the noobs. Those of us who have been here a while already maxed out on slots and these don't help. I have a ton of pets running wild...​​

    Nah just me, the game. Here is an idea, pick one or two of your favorite pets and put in inventory, and put the rest in your bank. The bank was made for storing stuff. When your tired of showing off your favorite pet swap it out for another from your bank to show off to people. Problem solved, your welcome.

    R&D materials were always out of hand, even before the R&D redesign. They knew they had to address those as it impacted everyone, so they made the tab. Pets impact a small user base in a small way. Besides, pets are things you carry in your inventory like guns and armor. Why don't we give those their own tab as well! Personally, I think pets should be handled like traits and removed from inventory entirely, making the addition of a pet tab a weak, lame solution anyway when there is clearly a better option.

    actually more likely they just don't see the need. since few people really use pet at all much less have large numbers. you should know have cryptic is about how they spend their time.

    and harder then converting all pets into items that add summon *insert pet name* ability to the captain. and making sure to add said abilities to the database. without error?

    somehow I think a bunch of inventory slots with non-combat pets only restriction added is simpler.

    I have a good many pets, not as many as some do, but enough that I'd like to have a pet tab myself. Most of mine are the ones you 'raise' during winter or summer event, or that you get from the summer/winter store. Still, it's enough that a pet tab would come in handy.

    I'd like to put my vote in to get a pet tab, please.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Add Rom and Klink ships instead.

    Lol at the comparison to R&D tab, litterally apples and bananas.
    R&D crafting necessitates the accrual of many different types of crafting thingies.
    You have a compulsion to collect every single type of pet ever made and the compulsion to have it ready at a whim on your character, something you want not need.

    R&D mats found every day, lots of 'em, most are even free. They got their own tab and slots as a result.

    And if anything I wanna carry more weapons at once. Give me a way to carry one each assault, rifle, pistol, melee, minigun, etc.
