Commodities - EC conversion Fleet project

This is another thread about Commodity to EC conversion

I would like to get information will we get discount on EC value in fleet projects like if would have if those commodities been bought in fleet embasy, tuffli/cell ship and another social zones like s39, ds9, esd, k-13, drozana, ganalda and Qu'Nos or value is based on Replicator value, so we paying full cost.


Price without discount(replicator price):--->PD
Vendor prices:--->VP
Prices with Max discount:(Fleet embassy/tuffli)--->MD

But let me show current prices and prices with discount:

Now by given informations lets calculate cost of fleet projects with and without discount:

Example I. Engineering Construction Projects I
Needed goods: --- Without discount(replicator) cost: --- With max discount:

300 Fleet Marks
15 Engineering Duty Officers
15 Operations Duty Officers
20,000 Expertise icon.png
300 [Industrial Energy Cells] --- 300*600= 180 000ec --- 300*300= 90 000ec
150 [Industrial Replicators] --- 150*1200= 180 000ec --- 150*600= 90 000ec

Sum: --- 360 000 ec --- 180 000ec
Conclusion: amount of 180k ec is saved, and can be used to fill one need for commodities

Example II. Practice Tactical Exercises IV
Needed goods: --- Without discount(replicator) cost: --- With max discount:

960 Fleet Marks
90 Security Duty Officers
90 Tactical Duty Officers

Conclusion: amount of 390k ec is saved what is enough to fill half of next project with needed commodities

And by example of Starbase for:
Tier 1 is needed 10 projects + 3 major Holding upgrades before Tier upgrade project
Tier 2 is needed 25 projects
Tier 3 is needed 50 projects
Tier 4 is needed 100 projects
Tier 5 is needed 250 projects

So for tier 1 its like 10*Engineering Construction Projects I
10*360 000 ec=3,6m just for Eng part of starbase projects till holding upgrade project
10*180 000 ec=1,8m

On larger tiers expenses will be even more higher.


So question what i wonder will the value of Starbase projects be expressed in max discount value or by replicator price?
And does will the Dilithium Mine discount(Trade Facilities) will effect the EC cost, as he was been giving discount on commodity items?


Trade facilities commodity discount per Tiers:
T1 Trade Facility = Item and Commodity Input Project Discount I (4% Discount)
T2 Trade Facility = Item and Commodity Input Project Discount II (5% Discount, stacks with Item and Commodity Input Project Discount I)
T3 Trade Facility = Item and Commodity Input Project Discount III (6% Discount, stacks with Item and Commodity Input Project Discount I & II)

And yet there is the future of the commodities in the game, as yes they will stay in game for needs of doffing, but its not that doffing needs large quantites of them, so will commodities be removed at some point, or doff system will be revamped so that more commodities is needed for?

Tho yes amount of Fleet credits earned by contributing Ec is qual to amount of fleet credits earned by contributing Commodities, so thats same, only diffrence will be is it expressed with discount or without, so if discount is applied less is needed so less fleet credits si given, if they are not apply, then more Ec is needed and more fleet credits is given.
