What the heck is the problem with the servers? EVERY SINGLE TIME I transfer from one map to another, I get "Server Not Responding" lasting anywhere from 45 seconds to 5 flipping minutes. Often it just disconnects me (which it just did, resetting a mission I'd just spent an hour on).
What is going on over there? This has been an issue for YEARS.

For some, it helps to use a proxy, rather than whatever you're served. You can chose one from the launcher.
I would like more information on this if you have it and yes referenced players helping players forum posts will be appreciated.
For example, when an instance has someone else in it it will load quickly for me now.... It jumps to 40 percent before loading entirely. When it's empty I have to wait 40 seconds for their servers to create it and send me a reply to my client. Then I jump in. I've been monitoring it and so far this has been the pattern.
I'm going to check into that proxy setting thing that people are talking about I'm curious.
Incidently it is also a problem with their servers you are correct, because guess where else it happens, on the console.
It should not take 40 seconds, especially since maps are pre-prepped, and thus need no extensive calculations on the machine's/server's end.
They just get less sober.
I've never had it like this before, since I've returned from a long break I get it on nearly every load screen.
It would be a good way to reduce server load, imagine how many people play the game, and if you can force this upon them it may only be 40 seconds to the player, but multiplied it would help to relieve some stress on the servers.

In the launcher, there's a link called "options" in the upper right corner. Click that, and select a proxy in the bottom of the dialouge that appears.
One is EU based, one is US based... Either may help your problem
