Direct 3D error while playing game.

Hello! This is has been persisting for quite some time, and I thought it might be fixed with a patch, but as it is not I have come the the conclusion that its a client side issue, as of why I'm here. I get around 15 Minutes of game play (sometimes shouter) then I get this http://prntscr.com/ctvy3w
Basically Direct3D Dies. This does not happen for any other games other than Star Trek Online. What I'm wondering is that is there a fix/workaround for this.
