    I'm almost done with Military and Espionage. 93,731 Espionage & 87,886 Military, which are the last two I require.
    The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)

    Espionage and Development should be also at max Rank soon

    then i can tell you something about the Golden Duty Officer

    Recommendation:

    Undine Battlezone - starting area ( shield Dome )
    you get 20 Duty Officer Assigments - all of them are really worth it
    cooldown should about 48 hours but i am not really sure

    Science XP can be boosted if you are willing to burn R&D materials
    on Starship Bridge, Shuttle Bridge and Fleet Starbase


    "Contact Duty Officers" - "Science Department" -- "Special Projects" -- "Data Sample Analysis"

    ->-> Energy Analysis - 750 Sci XP + 250 Dili Ore (6 hours)
    ->-> Physical Analysis - 750 Sci XP + 250 Dili Ore (6 hours)
    ->-> Technological Analysis - 500 Sci XP + 500 Exploration XP + 250 Dili Ore (6 hours)
    ->-> Particle Trace Analysis -1000 Sci XP + 500 Dili Ore (8Hours)

    these Assiments can have a Critcal Success -- which -- doubles the XP and Dilithium
    and can be restarted in the same second you finished it

    To gain enough Recruitment XP to reach Rank 4
    you have to do a lot of work - many visits to your "Personnel Officer"

    Downgrading Very Rare -> 3x Rare gain > > > > > > 300 XP
    Downgrading 3x Rare -> 9x Uncommon gain > > > > 450 XP
    Downgrading 9x Uncommon -> 27x Common gain > 450 XP
    Discarding 27x Common gain > > > > > > > > > > 270 XP

    Total Recruitment XP = 1470 per one Purple Duty Officer

    Rank 4 - needs 100.000 XP that divided by 1470 equals 68 Doffs (worst case scenario)

    Getting these Purple Officers is possible with "Cluster and Nebula" [critical success]
    the Refugee Doffs can be used for Asylum Assigments [Success] or discarded

    Yep, my Temporal Recruit finished all 14 Clusters weeks ago, finally waking up to the fact to use them to level up Colonization quickly. I am teaming with Refugees (11) and got 14 Rare Doffs for the end of the Chains and a smattering of Very Rare for Critical on the Support Mission.

    I did note that dismissing Bound Doffs gives you NOTHING.

    certain doffs are specially coded to give nothing... such as most holograms. Maybe starter doffs too.

    Anyways, if you do enough edge doffing you can find an interesting array of refugee assignments. So many that I never get rid of refugees.

    Asylum on Tellar Prime - Sirius - is super rare... often end up with lots of oinkie refugees just taking up space.

    KDFs have 3 chances per each races refugees... feds only get 1 mission for em. also would be nice if you go to Tellar Prime that their refugee mission would pop up... doesnt thou.

    you also have the Option to put the refugees in the mail
    and use other Character to put them to use

    put them on the Exchange or just - Dismiss them

    and don´t forget the most awesome way to get rid of bound DOFF's

    where you put in white and greens and get (most of the time) blues (my experience)

    honestly, even if you get a GREEN it's usually still worth it. But yeah I've gotten a few purples. NOTE: exchanges do NOT accept civilians.

    I use the equivalent to these DOffs on my Protonic Kool-Aid Down The Drain Cruiser builds, so having an alternative source for them ought to make things interesting.

    Please tell me this is not a case of "twice nothing is still nothing" because this had better stack with the Romulan Set Bonus and the Pre-fire Sequence Trait, otherwise it will be worth a lot less than it otherwise could have been.

    recruitment xp is easy... to go alpha quad and finish up the 3 embassy help quest... once done you get repeating missions to help with colonization... takes any 5 civilians so be sure not to use your other non colonists.
