[PS4] No Access to Account Bank After Purchasing Expansion [Resolved]

I decided one account bank slot for items was 1 too few so I bought the expansion for it to give me more item slots. Now I can't even access the EC box nor button to buy more storage.

    Append: The issue seems to have cleared up with no input on my part. Mayhaps there was a discreet maintenance, maybe the game was just taking it's sweet time to register the purchase. Who knows.
