Enhanced Inertial Damper Field animation bug.

As the title says, this bug applies to the EIDF console. When I click the ability, my ships just suddenly face the other direction and hang there in space for a couple seconds, no animation of them swinging or looping around. This is an animation only bug, the abilities work normally. This occurs no matter which ship it's equipped on, and it only does it on combat maps, the animations work normally in social zones. It's been doing this for a few days now, before todays patch. Oh yeah, I'm on a PC.
