timeline for fleet holdings, PVE ques and DOFFS to be added to consoles

So I am rather curious as I haven't found anything for this yet but when are the stuff for PC going to be added to the consoles? or is it going to progress like it did here where theirs gonna be a Delta event and a Temporal Event? I heard that these events are gonna happen but could you at least add the PVE que's and something past Starbase 24

Hopefully soon. Looks like we are getting crafting at some point over the next month.
