It does not mean either way. An announcement telling you "Agents of Yesterday is coming to consoles on <Date>" is what would mean that.

With these coming on Oct. 6th - and getting the Vengeance Class Kelvin Dreadnought Cruiser... does this mean AoY is coming to console versions soon???
It means that Star Trek Beyond is now out on streaming, and their cross promotion deal is still in effect with Paramount so they had to put the lockbox on consoles out of the normal 3-month cycle as a result. There's nothing more to see here.
