So the noon I am accidentally got rid of it. Now that I realize I need it...there anyway to get it back?

    If you are a PC user, then you can build one in the Officer Training section of the R&D system. It is Training Manual - Tactical - Focused Assault.

    Sorry I forgot to put xbox in the title, yea we dont have that option yet. Was hoping I could replay those missions to get it since there bound to character, but I looked and there one time only.
