Thanks for posting that, and to LootCritter for gathering and writing up all the info. I really really want floating death robots for my TOS captain!

The 23rd Century Training Manuals seem a a bit too expensive with 100,000 Fleet Credits and 25,000 Dilithium. Maybe 18,000 Fleet Credits and 4,000 Dilithium would be a more appropriate price.

No new ships. I was hoping for versions of the AoY ships that wasn't C-Store level at least. And some Klingon align ships as well like the Orion and Gorn ones we saw in the missions.

Sigh. It was too much to hope for. I knew that...

The ground gear, traits and training manuals however are really nice.

I really wish this wasn't locked behind having to join a fleet.

As an introvert, dealing with all the nonsense that goes on in guilds is just too much for me.

You might be surprised how much of being in a guild you can entirely ignore :).

Log in. Dump whatever you can into guild projects to get your guild currency. Remember to requisition new Doffs every couple of days. Carry on. Very few fleets I've dealt with have a problem with quiet but productive members.

If you're guild doesn't have the facilities you need, one request in sector space to visit someone's fleet holdings that can sell X will generally set you right in a couple of minutes. But you do have to throw stuff at one to get the currency in the first place.

^I do this. Dump stuff to get credits, keep my head down and use the stores when i need.

Not sure what he means by requisitioning doffs every couple of days though.

The Duty Officer assignments that let you gain more common duty officers to use in the various Fleet projects. I think only one of them costs 1,000 Dilithium to run while the rest are free.

There's six doff assignments you can get every couple of days from your faction's personel officer (Star Fleet Academy or DF Academy) that will feed you a steady stream of common doffs you can then shuffle off to your fleet's projects. Since that's the commodity most fleets are desperate for, turning them over regularly makes you a total hero among silent partners :).

Neither the fed nor KDF fleet I'm in expect you to do anything more than contribute to the fleet projects to build up the holdings.

    That's very common -- STO is a 90% single-player game :)

Most fleets will be happy for you to just sign up and dump resources at their holdings and as long as you don't raid the bank until it's empty or constantly use up provisions without paying your way you should be fine.
All you've gotta do is just throw your fleet marks and spare doffs, commodities etc. at the holdings, nothing to it really. You don't ever have to talk to anyone!

I also think it would be better for the station to have crashed on the planet. Good for backstory and to explain why there's so few rooms at the same time, don't you agree?

    Introverts unite! Singly, online.

That being said, being in a fleet doesn't mean huge groups of people, doing stuff together, all the time. Well I mean it can if your fleet is into that. I am the CO of my fleet, and the only time I see the other members, is when I team to help them with a mission they are having issues with. Other than that, I am a 99% solo player.

Same here. No real reason to worry about fleet mates pestering you.

It's quite possible to build up Fleet holdings solo or in pairs. I have a small family fleet at level 54, and really only three players were involved.
