"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
I basically remade my character in the icon, my elezen from Final Fantasy XIV, who is themselves a remake of my character from Final Fantasy XI. So original I am! ^,^
I don't know, MMOs on consoles aren't so farfetched. You may think Star Trek Online is the first but I've played at least nine different console MMOs and enjoyed each and every one. They've all been solid with some hallmarks of their genres, console be damned.

Oh I know it's not the first, the first "MMO" I ever tried was phantasy star online on dreamcast back in the day

Having a female is fine if you choose. I am opposed to doing it for the reasons I hear most, which includes "if I'm playing this game all the time, I prefer to be looking at a female." I say if that's the main reason why, then you need a different hobby.

I see you played an Elvaan in FFXI. My primary was a Bastok Hume, Ragnarok server. I was running her WHM/BST when I quit the game. As a very casual player I couldn't justify the subscription.
Nine? I'm not quite sure I've played that many. Begins counting console MMO's I've played.
She's basically the same as my PC STO character, which I stopped playing because of performance issues under WINE. I'd been wishing for a console port for YEARS! You can guess I was very happy when STO was announced for PS4.
I play as male. It hardly matters to me really, but I see no overwhelming reason to go female and break the habit of a lifetime of always playing my own gender. That, and GameFAQs made me aware of the wierd fringe out there who start behaving wierdly around female avatars, who then take real offense if they discover you're not actually female. I'd rather bypass that entirely.
I don't do consoles. But as for games, since I am a male to female transgender girl, I make my toons trans ladies, or feminine androgynous at least as well. With exception to my Ace Rimmer toon, and my Gorn toon.

PS2: EQOA, FFXI
PS3: FreeRealms, DCUO, Defiance
PS4: DCUO, TESO, Onigiri, Neverwinter, Destiny, STO.
Ah, 10 for me. I only count DCUO once. All of my MMO characters are female.
I only have one PS4 STO character at present:

Also i don't play on the console version i hear it is inferior to the PC one in everyway for now.
They just get less sober.
