New Fleet Holding idea-Colony Holding

By every expansion now we getting new fleet holding :) As so far we got a Fleet Embassy on New Romulus with Legacy of Romulus, Dyson Spire with introduction of Dyson sphere and Research lab with introduction of Delta rising while AoY gives access to K-13 fleet holding.

So maybe if next expansion will be a Cardassian introduction or Exploration, that we get perhaps colony holding as new fleet holding.
Why Colony with Cardassian Arc? Ok i was thought as in spirit of cooperation betwen Federation/Klingon Empire and Cardassian Union, decision was been made to colonise planet(lets say to put him somewhere in Alpha Quadrant near Betazoid and Cardassian border in south left part of Alpha Quadrant), something like was been decision about Nimbus, but we all know what Nimbus become :/
So colony was been handled to our charachter(his fleet government and development).

While if it will be Exploration related expansion, then as every exploration mission serves as point for colonisation, new Colony which is under our fleet control was been establish, with goal to expand our influence and provide us resources for further endevours, but and to settle new pioneers who looking new challanges and future for their families. Location somewhere in Beta Quadrant near Omega battlegroup perhaps

What colony holding should have, as for now every fleet holding has max t3 except starbase which goes to t5, but thats understandable as its HQ of fleet.

So:
T1 Colony(unlock Colony Hub)

Engineering/Organisational projects
T1 Colony Mine(Gives us basic research materials, like duranium and magnesite) no dilithium mine, as we have that holding
unlock daily doff assignment, which grants small amount of basic raw materials
T1 Farming Hub (grants a crop area which unlock doff assignment which grants small amount of colonial exp and ec)

Housing/Security projects
t1 Colony pods(Housing pods, which later will become houses)
t1 Health Facility
gives a medical bay and unlock project to get Doctor on colony
Water(or maybe a aquaduct, like was had that colony from TNG, before they evacuated it cause Sheliak corporate) and power facilities(solar or fusion/warp core generator facility)


T2 Colony Centar
T2 Colony Mine
---- gives new t2 asssignment which grants green raw materials (like we have a t2 reasearch lab which gives diffrent assignment then t1 lab)
Trade Centar
unlock comodity traders(who selling food and drink)
Unlock a special project for Commodities(provisions, medical supplies, etc) whcih after completition grants small CXP bonus
Colony Houses
Colony pods evolved into buildings


T3 Colony Hall (after fully upgrade unlock as for traits, unlock Azure, Briar patch, Badlands and Kahless expanse as colonisation clustersm which grants colonisation chain assignemnts, unlock would cost fleet credits and dilithium, like its for trait spot unlock)
---- t3 unlock gives access to special boast project, like we have for research lab, but this one would give bonus on CXP

T3 Colony Mine (unlock special project which grants blue/rare material doff assignment, while critical gives very rare)
T3 Health and Educational Facility
---- Access to Doctor
---- Acess to Counselor
---- Unlock special science doff contact/something like we have on our ship, when we visit interior

Trade Centar(new doffing assignments)
---- unlock aditional project which unlock comoditiy trader, who selling other commodities which aren't listed in fleet embassy
---- Unlcok Tailor access
---- unlock Bartender
unlock Dj and dance party, Dance assignment like on Nimbus unlock

Industrial/Manufacturing Facility
Unlock doff assignment, which needs commoditiy and in return you get other commodities(like lot of provisions and several of industrial replicators gives shield generators, and similiar)

Colony Houses----they expand, and aditional project for fleet members housing unlock
So fleet member can get their own room, but one room=one project, fleet leader grant room to that member
--- project needs like 400k dilithium, 100k fleet credits, 5m Ec and 2k industrial replicators and 5k provisions

Agrocultural and Farming facility and near area
---- grant mini game to harvest plants and in return we get small amount of Colonial cxp
---- Doff assignment which grants some provisions and food items

Recruitment Centar
--- unlock Duty officer contact, where we buying unique fleet doff which cost Fleet credits and CXP(tactical spec=tac. cxp+fleet credits)
--- Unlock armoy officer, which selling faction specific weapons with unique traits, tho diffrent from that one on fleet starbase

And when all tiers are maximised, then as special project can be unlocked Colony shipyard(cause i saw that Tovan colony on virnat had, before elachi destroyed it)
---- After completition Colony shipyard unlock t5 Miranda and Saber redisigned as patrol ships, both have 4 fore and 2 aft, 3 tactical, 2 sci and 3 eng consoles. While their cost is 400k fleet credits and 4 fleet modules
---- Unlock of special Colony patrol fighters of Runabout class of UR quality
(---- Klingons get their specific t1 ships to t5, can't remember of any excpet Bird of Prey :/)

Of course, there would be special projects which gives visual look, like we have for other holdings, and yes every unlock cost Dilithium, provisions, doffs, etc like every other holding project.

And yes, as we getting lot of prisoners and colonists from admirality, then Colony mine would have project called rehabilition/assimilation which gives us recrutiment cxp and some dilithium for settling them as workforce.. While for colonist, one more settle colonist assignment at colony hub contact.

    No, this is idea if next expansion is Cardassian related or exploration, that this is next fleet holding, it has nothing with new faction, but if its cardassian, then it would be place where cardassian and federation colonists, working together to built new home and all is governed by side of our fleet.

    While for exploration is small introduction at begining.

    I like it. And it makes more sense than renovating a 100+ year old space station...

    I am 100% behind a colony holding, but I would wait and make it part of the eventual opening of the Gamma Quadrant. As a matter of fact, I would make the fleet holding New Khitomer. In the future it's a pretty amazing place, but it has to start somewhere. Why not under the tutelage and protection of a fleet.

    Dunno if you noticed, but there has yet to be a series, or movie about anything but the Federation. Sorry but the Fed IS Star Trek.​​
