Romulan and Starfleet

I want to ask a question here, can Romulans ever use starships from starfleet when you decide to choose the Republic side?

    Yes but only up to tier 4.

    As the ferengi said, yes.

    Romulans can use ships from their allied faction up to T4.
    The only exception so far... is apparently the T5 Ambassador Retrofit for some reason. Not the fleet one, the one that was offered in a giveaway. As it is currently unavailable except to those who claimed the unlock during that giveaway... not really an issue.

    They didn't capture her. They captured Prometheus. Enterprise-C was destroyed by them at Narendra III.

    but there was been several survivors who been captured, one of them was been lt. Tasha Yar which was been tranfered to C on her request authorized by Picard from alternate timeline, so she got in past and become the mother of Empress Sela while she got executed cause escape try cause Sela started to yell.
