Not to sound mean, but you were warned multiple times that anything from the PC half would not transfer over to the console half. There are reasons for this.

I know nothing transfers. I only paid 200 for the PC lifetime too. Just curious why it's not the same deal. It's a deal breaker imo. Kinda disappointing.

It is due to the fact that one is a Freemium game while the other is a F2P game. The 500 Zen Stipend is not part of the Lifetime Subscription, but part of the Subscription. The console version added a bunch of perks that were part of the Subscription to the LTS pack. The most important part is that the Lifetime Subscription and LTS pack are marketed in two different ways.
The Lifetime Subscription was originally marketed as a way to save money in the long run. I pay $240 now and in a couple of years, the game will be free. The LTS pack is marketed in the same way as the Heroes of the North pack from Neverwinter. I pay $200 to get a bunch of cool ingame items like a spider mount, panther companion, and items from other games like the Andorian Light Escort. Which was originally the only way to get the ship.
PWE wanted to make STO into a F2P game years ago, but couldn't get the chance. Now PWE is able to make STO a F2P game for consoles so STO has to follow the rules that PWE established for its F2P games. Which means no Zen Stipends for F2P games.
They said that you'd have to have 3 seperate accounts to use PC, PS4 and XBox, and that they won't be connected, nor transferrable, etc.? I'd think that alone would answer part of this statement, from Gonalius.
The accounts aren't linked, not really. Still, I doubt it will ever happen.
They won't even transfer things from one account to another ON THE SAME SYSTEM, if you're the owner of both.
Know this for certain, since I lost access to my old account for a while and had to set up a new one to play. Later they helped me get back into the other account, but - hell - they won't mix it with my other one. So there's no way they'd do anything like this with the consoles and PC. "It'd be too easily abused."

Thats all I needed to make my decision. You could be more respectable tho. Maybe given time.
Touche indeed.
