Possible augment arc coming up?

I noticed when replaying AoY, especially the Vorgon Conclusions mission, that there have been an interesting number of references to augments/the augment wars since AoY began. Even the Temporal Defense Initiative reputation messages have a reference to some Na'Khul kidnapping Soong in order to get him to make augments for them. Not to mention the story blogs about the Na'Khul meeting up with the augments.

We know cryptic at one point had a Augment based featured series in the works, along with a STF, that they cut, could we possibly be seeing them resurrect those plans, in a change fashion, for a near future story arc? Maybe season 12 or 13?

It would be interesting to see Auguments as possible allies of Mirror Leeta or something in the story arc between now an the next expansion.

That whole mirror universe thing with mirror leeta never got tied up, they just left it hanging when they picked up the nakuhl arc.

The Fed starting arc included Soong and Augment experiments so it's not really anything new. They haven't done anything intelligent with either of them so far so if they do bring him back in I hope they give him an actual personality and real motivations.

You mean the Bajorn Struggle with the cardis playing a second hand token race?

Because tbh thats what they should called it after the "Revamp", it is more to do with the bajorans and mirror verse then the cardassians.
