Anyone know how I claim a promotional item?

Hello,
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but I will try and see what happens I guess.
A while back I received a free Scorpion fighter as a promotion. however, I never received clear instructions on how to claim it. And all I can recall is that I was supposed to come somewhere here, on my STO ARC account to do so.
Can any of you wonderful STO freaks [like myself] help me with this? I am hoping to avoid bothering our wonderful and somewhat overworked support folks from having to waste time on this.
