Last Chance Event?

With STO coming to console this fall there is going to be many new accounts created; these will never have had the chance to participate in any previous event. That combined with the new system they will never have access to many ships, consoles, traits, and other rewards. So when STO releases on console that you activate a last chance event. In other words bring back all the previous events and rewards including Delta Recruitment, Temporal Agent Recruitment, summer and winter event ships, and anniversary event ships. This would be for both console and PC so that everyone has one last (or first) chance to get this stuff before it disappears forever.
